PURWAKARTA, Indonesia – Tourism Minister Arief Yahya, said the Sri Baduga Fountain Park, which becomes a tourism icon of Purwakarta, West Java, would be a world-class tourist destination.
“It is because the fountain is very cool,” he said on the sidelines of his working visit to Purwakarta on Friday.
According to him, the fountain is as beautiful as the one in Dubai, United Arab Emirate and the one in Guangzhou, China.
Nevertheless, to make it better, Arif called on the local government to add artistic touches that are more creative.
“We must have colossal performances here. The lighting and the sound system must be improved,” he said.
In the meantime, Purwakarta Regent Dedi Mulyadi, who designed the park, pledged he would immediately respond to the inputs from the minister in order to make the fountain even more wonderful.
