LGBTs in transition
LONDON – On the occasion of the 2018 EBRD Diversity Week, SPECTRUM engaged in a dialogue with staff, LGBTs and allies, to discuss what it meant to be out in the EBRD regions of operations – spanning from Morocco to Poland, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
The discussion helped understand how the Bank’s mission, by supporting the private sector and empowering people, contributes to foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace, across its 36 countries of operation.
The panel was moderated by Charlotte Ruhe, MD For Central Europe and the Baltics, and introduced by Sergei Guriev, Chief Economist.
