LONDON The European Parliament Liaison Office in the UK and Young European Movement UK (YEM) presented the official campaign launch of “Break The Silence / End The Violence”, at Europe House, London, on 23 January 2025

With gender-based violence having recently been declared a national emergency in the UK and levels recorded as rising in several EU member states, this discussion comes at a pivotal time. Attendees heard from an expert panel who discussed the need to destigmatise discussion around gender-based violence..
