Pageant envoy Cambodia Princess Jenna spearheads women empowerment

PHNOM PENH – Princess Norodom Jenna, a prominent Cambodian child actress and member of the Cambodian Royal family, officially assumed her role as the Honorary Ambassador of Miss Cosmo Cambodia 2025 during a press conference held on January 20, 2025. The event underscored the pageant’s mission to empower women and promote cultural pride.

Addressing the media, Princess Jenna expressed her enthusiasm for the event, emphasising its broader purpose beyond traditional beauty pageants. “It is an honour to stand before you as the Honorary Ambassador of Miss Cosmo Cambodia 2025, a platform that celebrates empowerment, individuality, and cultural pride,” she added.

She extended her gratitude to the organising team, Influence Media, and Miss Cosmo International, for creating a platform that highlights meaningful advocacy alongside beauty. “I am truly humbled to be part of a movement that not only highlights beauty but also promotes meaningful impact and advocacy,” she stated.

Princess Jenna described Miss Cosmo Cambodia as a blend of modern empowerment and Cambodia’s enduring heritage. “Miss Cosmo Cambodia is more than just a pageant; it is a platform where women can embrace their individuality, lead with purpose, and create positive change in their communities,” she added.

As Honorary Ambassador, she pledged her support to the contestants, encouraging them to discover their potential and champion significant causes. “I am committed to supporting the contestants as they embark on their journey, encouraging them to discover their potential, share their stories, and champion causes that matter most to them,” she affirmed.

The press conference underscored the transformative essence of Miss Cosmo Cambodia 2025, with Tiffany Vu, the newly appointed National Director, emphasising the competition’s broader mission. The event is crafted not just as a beauty pageant but as a platform aimed at empowering women to embrace their individuality and drive meaningful change within their communities.

Joining the event were Nov Sonita, Vice President of the Khmer Artists Association, and Miss Cosmo Cambodia’s, In Leakena, who echoed the platform’s mission to empower women and drive positive community impact.

Princess Jenna concluded with a call to action for young Cambodian women to participate, underscoring the event’s role in highlighting the nation’s resilience and strength.
