LONDON:  In its fourth year, the National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival brought together food lovers, brands and industry professionals for an incredible weekend showcasing cuisine from across the globe.

Indonesia and Malaysia participated in the event.  Both countries demonstrated their cuisine at the event’s “Saffron Theatre”

Indonesian chef and writer Petty Pandean-Elliott shared her recipe for braised tempeh with spices, sweet soya, mixed salad and sambal tahini.

Tourism Malaysia London showcased Malaysia’s vibrant culinary heritage. Malaysian chef, author and TV host Norman Musa demonstrated how to make roti canai with Malay chicken curry.

Visitors to the Cinnamon and Saffron Theatres were shown how to make specialities from Georgia, Ecuador, Indonesia, Malaysia and beyond.

Thousands of food-lovers attended the 2024 National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival at London’s Business Design Centre, July 20-21, 2024.
