The festival was organized in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Uzbekistan, Uzbek Diaspora UK , OshPaz Authentic Uzbek Street Food based in London,  and the Diversity committee of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The event offered an extraordinary opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, including its traditional cuisine, craftsmanship, and live music. One of the festival’s highlights was the preparation of an entire Tonne of Uzbek national plov by the  Chustiy team, a renowned chef, and Muzaffar Sadykov, the founder of the OshPaz Authentic Uzbek Street Food company. Thousands of people attended the festival over the two days
