Thailand Showcase in London

From 16-18 June, visitors were transported to Thailand at the special event Thailand Showcase in Canopy Market, King’s Cross, London  

Organised by the Royal Thai Embassy, the event showcased the country’s rich and dazzling culture.

Visitors enjoyed street food straight from the streets of Bangkok, Thai crafts, traditional dance and music performances, plus Thai Boxing show.

Visigtors tasted classic dishes from across Thailand from a range of pop-up stalls from some of London’s best Thai restaurants, including Patara, Nipa by Royal Lancaster London, 101 Thai Kitchen, Slurp Noodle and Mali Vegan. The Thai dessert and fruit parlour served up delicious sticky mango rice and coconut. Plus, there was plenty of Chang and Singha Beer, Monsoon Valley Wine, coconut water, and Thai iced tea..

Throughout the weekend, there were special Thai cultural performances in the market, ranging from dance to Muay Thai, plus  a Parade of Colours in Granary Square.
