The 2023 theme A Different Light invites photographers globally to enter recently completed projects or work-in-progress that has been inspired by past stories, memories, and lived experiences.

The selectors want to see the visual stories you have always longed to tell, reimagine or re-tell in a different and new way, approach, format, or narrative
