ADB to Host Conference on Sustainable Solutions for Recovery in Southeast Asia
PHNOM PENH–The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will host the Southeast Asia Development Symposium (SEADS) 2022 on the theme “Sustainable Solutions for Southeast Asia’s Recovery.”
Taking place online on March 16 and 17 and open to the public, the event will involve thought leaders, decision makers and insight influencers who will discuss innovative solutions and policy responses that could contribute to “build back better” the countries in the region after more than two years of the pandemic, the ADB said in a statement on March 5.
The conference will also aim to support countries find new ways to address debilitating supply chain bottlenecks, rejuvenate the region’s once-flourishing tourism industry and advance digital transformation, the ADB statement read.
