Wat Bo primary school, which is located in Siem Reap province’s Siem Reap city, is famous for teaching students to be disciplined in their education and attitude, becoming a model for the country.
Former school principal for 28 years, Peung Kimchenn has become famous and is a role model for the Kingdom. He told Khmer Times today that the school became the way it is today not because of him, but because of the mindset of each teacher and student.
“The school has one motto: ‘Stay Clean’. They know how to keep the trash very well, even small pupils, as they have been taught to be disciplined,” he said, adding: “They have been taught to be clean, punctual, tidy and gentle.”
