Myanmar Military regime revokes Mizzima Media license

The illegitimate military regime in Myanmar announced yesterday that Mizzima Media, along with four independent media outlets, are banned in the country. Their license to publish and broadcast is revoked.  

Mizzima, as an independent media, continues to fight against the military coup and for the restoration of democracy and human rights in Burma/Myanmar by publishing and broadcasting through multimedia platforms such as: 

-Mizzima Websites (www.mizzima.com, www.mizzimaburmese.com

-Mizzima Facebook Pages (more than 16 million followers on Mizzima Myanmar Facebook page and more than 2 million followers on Mizzima English Facebook page) 

-Free-To-Air Mizzima TV channel (available through PSI and foreign satellite Dishes in the country) 

-Mizzima TV Application 

-Mizzima YouTube 

-Mizzima Weekly English digital version 

– Mizzima Twitter, Mizzima Instagram  

-Mizzima Websites (www.mizzimaburmese.com, www.mizzima.com

-Mizzima Facebook pages (Mizzima – News in Burmese, Mizzima – Myanmar News – English Edition, Mizzima TV and other Mizzima pages)
