LONDON, Jan 29  – The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) welcomed the Year of the Rat at its annual Chinese New Year reception in the Banqueting House, Whitehall.

Speaking at the reception,  Winky So, gave her best wishes to the guests as well as all those around the world who are giving their best efforts to fight the novel coronavirus crisis.

She said: “Apart from being a symbol of wealth and fortune, the Rat is also said to be agile, adaptive, and resilient. These positive attributes are exactly the strengths of the Hong Kong people that make Hong Kong tick.”
