Malaysian spends below RM700 backpacking to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Who says that the Ringgit is holding Malaysians back from travelling and having a good time ?
A netizen shared her seven-days backpacking adventure across Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam by just spending RM685.15 (About £130).
This includes the cost of her accommodation and transportation.
Hajar Sekeri’s posting on Facebook attracted the attention of thousands Malaysians who tagged their travel buddies on the comment sections, eager to try the same route.
Hajar spent day one in Hat Yai before spending the following day at Bangkok.
On the third day, she traveled to Cambodia via train before taking a bus to Siem Reap.
On day five, Hajar spent it at Phnom Penh before leaving to Vietnam via bus at 7am.
At Vietnam, she spent a day at Mui Ne – a beach located in southeast Vietnam before heading to Ho Chi Minh to catch a flight back to Kuala Lumpur.
